Kelly Creek is a long-established boutique property named after its location, situated at the entrance of Cahuita National Park with its unspoiled white sand beach and the charming little town of Cahuita.
If you are longing for authentic wildlife and an effortless place to unwind, then Kelly Creek is the runaway destination for you.
We offer four very spacious accommodation of 36 to 40 square meters made entirely of precious woods of Costa Rica. Each room has double beds and terrace.
We can also offer a duplex; Bedroom with UK king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a separate sitting room, a private terrace on which you will meet our monkeys, iguanas and with a bit of luck our sloth.
Our Protected Wildlife
At Kelly Creek, you will encounter many species such as iguanas, basiliscs, white-face monkeys, roaring howlers, sloths, heron and many other bird species.
The owner, Erica Eriksson prides herself with offering you Kelly’s Continental Breakfast; a substantial kick-start to your day with a selection of fresh smoothies, home made jams, organic honey, butter with toast served with organic coffee. Bread and coffee is served to your hearts content.
Facing the beach and bordering Cahuita National Park
The Kelly Creek hotel is located at the very entrance to Cahuita National Park, facing the white beach and receiving the gentle breeze of the ocean. Its spacious and well ventilated rooms built in fine woods have high ceilings that make them cooler. Each room has two double beds with mosquito nets, ceiling fans and a nice and luminous bathroom with hot water.
Being so close to the National Park, plenty of wild animals delight our guests with their presence: iguanes, basiliscs, white-face monkeys, roaring howlers, sloths, several species of birds, etc. While having breakfast you might be able to spot Roberto and his family, wonderful wild caimans that live in the Kelly River.
We offer healthy breakfasts with fresh Smoothies apart from coffee, grilled toasts,home made jam and bio honey from 7:00 a.m. until whenever you feel like it. In the restaurant area you can observe oil paintings of Caribbean subjects.
We have a parking lot surrounded by huge trees: chestnut-tree, bread tree, avocado, water apples, mangos, etc.
